Delivery Charges
Delivery charges within Germany are Euro 4.00 per order including postage, packaging and delivery. Delivery charges will be waived on orders over Euro 75.00. For orders within Europe the applicable delivery charge will be calculated.

Terms of Payment
Cash advance payment is required. Upon receipt of your order you will be advised of the bank details by means of an order confirmation.

Delivery
Goods are usually dispatched within two to five working days.

Right of Return and Cancellation
Your order may be cancelled, or goods may be returned within 14 days from receipt of the first delivery. Items returned must be unused and in original packaging. You are asked to cover the cost of shipping. Non prepaid returns cannot be accepted. In order to meet the cancellation time limits simply return the delivery and/or the articles in due time to Creavil, Daniela Rogall, Heinsestr. 26, 13467 Berlin. Upon receipt of your cancellation and of the goods we will refund the payments already made. Items cannot be accepted for cancellation and return when they have been manufactured to your specification or specifically ordered for you beyond the regular assortment. Magazines cannot be returned either.

Deliveries outside Germany
Cash advance payments are also required for all deliveries outside Germany. The applicable delivery charge will be calculated for deliveries outside Germany independent of the merchandise value. Customers living in the European Union will be charged VAT at the present rate of 19%. The German VAT will automatically be deducted from the invoice for customers from other countries.

Court of Jurisdiction
The court of jurisdiction for both parties shall be the Local Court of Berlin.

Please note that within the scope of the transaction process we save your personal data to handle orders, communicate with you and maintain your accounts with us. All your personal information will be treated as confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.
